Technical SEO services that clear the way for everything else

Content and links cannot rescue a site Google struggles to crawl, render or trust. Technical SEO is the part nobody sees and everybody feels, and it is usually where the fastest wins are hiding.

We are a technical SEO agency, not a checklist vendor. Every engagement opens with a full technical SEO audit, then we fix what we found in priority order and prove the result with before and after numbers. On sites we build, PageSpeed lands above 98 and load times come in under two seconds.

Page speed score improving from 65 to 100 after technical SEO optimization

Six disciplines, one technical SEO system

Every engagement pulls from all six. Where we start depends on what the crawl says is holding the site back.

Technical SEO Audits

A full crawl of your site against the checks that actually move rankings, in priority order. You get the findings, the fixes and what each one is worth, not a 90 page PDF nobody reads.

  • Full crawl and index analysis
  • Prioritized fix list with impact
  • Findings are yours to keep

Core Web Vitals And Site Speed

LCP, INP and CLS are ranking signals and conversion killers at the same time. We profile the real bottlenecks, images, render blocking scripts and server response, then fix them at the source.

  • LCP, INP and CLS profiling
  • Image, script and font delivery
  • Caching and server response

Crawlability And Indexing

Google gives your site a crawl budget and most sites waste it. We clear index bloat, redirect chains, orphan pages and thin duplicates so crawlers spend their time on the pages that earn money.

  • Index bloat and thin page cleanup
  • Redirect chains and 404 repair
  • XML sitemaps and robots rules

Schema And Structured Data

Structured data is how you tell Google what a page actually is. We implement and validate the schema types that earn rich results in your category, then watch them for errors.

  • Organization, Service and FAQ schema
  • Local, Product and Article types
  • Validation and error monitoring

Site Architecture And Internal Links

Authority moves through your internal links and most sites leak it. We restructure hierarchy, navigation and internal linking so the pages you need to rank actually get the support.

  • URL and hierarchy structure
  • Internal link equity flow
  • Navigation and breadcrumbs

JavaScript And Render SEO

If your content only exists after JavaScript runs, Google may never see it. We test how pages render to crawlers and fix what is invisible, including JavaScript SEO on modern frameworks.

  • Render testing against crawlers
  • JavaScript SEO for frameworks
  • Server side and pre rendering fixes

What a technical SEO audit actually covers

Six areas, checked in order, because fixing content on a site Google cannot crawl is wasted money.

Where technical SEO pays off fastest

Technical fixes are the only part of SEO that can move rankings in weeks instead of months, because you are removing something that was actively holding the site back. A page that was never indexed cannot rank at all. A page that takes six seconds to load loses half its visitors before they read a word. We start here because the return arrives first.

Core Web Vitals, measured on real visitors

Lab scores are useful for debugging and useless for judging. Google ranks on field data from real Chrome users, so that is what we measure. Largest Contentful Paint is usually an image or a font, Interaction to Next Paint is usually JavaScript, and Cumulative Layout Shift is usually an ad or an image with no dimensions. Each one has a different fix.

Crawl budget and index hygiene

Every site gets a limited amount of attention from Google, and thin pages, filtered URLs, old redirects and duplicate archives eat it. We find what is being crawled that should not be, remove it from the index properly rather than just blocking it, and make sure the pages that make you money are the ones getting recrawled most often.

Structured data that earns rich results

Schema does not rank you directly. It changes how your listing looks, and a listing with stars, prices, FAQs or breadcrumbs earns more clicks at the same position. We implement the types that actually display in your category, validate them against Google testing tools, and watch Search Console for the errors that quietly switch them back off.

Site architecture and internal linking

Internal links are the part of authority you fully control, and most sites hand most of it to their privacy policy. We map how equity currently flows, lift pages that are buried too deep for anyone to find, and rebuild internal linking so the commercial pages get supported by the content written around them.

Reporting our technical SEO consultants can defend

Every fix is logged with what it was, why it mattered and what it moved. Our technical SEO consultants report on crawl stats, index coverage, Core Web Vitals pass rates and the rankings that actually shifted, not on how many hours got spent. When a fix does not work, you will read that too.

Why clients keep their SEO with us

We are a small team on purpose. You get the owners, not a rotating bench of juniors learning on your budget.

  • Two owners on your account, every month, for the life of the engagement
  • Reporting on leads and revenue, not just rankings
  • 40+ years of combined experience across local and national SEO
  • AI powered research, always reviewed by a human strategist
  • Monthly SEO services, no long term contracts and no 40 slide decks of jargon

Frequently asked questions about technical SEO

The things people ask on the first call, answered before you make it.

Technical SEO is the work that makes a site crawlable, renderable, fast and trustworthy to search engines. It covers how Google finds your pages, how quickly they load, how they are structured, and whether the code tells search engines what each page actually is. It is the foundation that content and links sit on top of.
A full crawl of every URL, index coverage checked against Search Console, Core Web Vitals from field data, redirect and error mapping, schema validation, internal link analysis, mobile rendering, and a comparison against whoever is currently outranking you. You get a prioritized fix list, not a data dump.
About a week for most sites, longer for large ecommerce catalogs or anything built on a complicated JavaScript stack. The crawl itself is fast. The time goes into working out which findings actually matter for your site and putting them in the order that pays back soonest.
It depends on the size of the site and whether you want us to find the problems or find and fix them. A one time audit is scoped differently from an ongoing engagement where we implement month over month. We quote after we have crawled the site, and we work month to month.
Because everything else depends on it. You can publish excellent content and earn good links and still rank badly if Google cannot crawl the page, if it renders empty, or if it takes too long to load. Technical work does not replace content and authority, it is what lets them count.
Both are available and most clients want the fixes. We implement directly on WordPress sites. On custom builds we work inside your development cycle, writing tickets your developers can act on, then verifying the result after they ship it.
Yes. We build in WordPress so that is where we are fastest, but technical SEO principles do not change by platform. We work on Shopify, Webflow, custom builds and headless front ends. What changes is who implements the fix and how it gets deployed.
They are three measurements of real user experience: loading, interactivity and visual stability. They are a confirmed ranking signal, though a modest one. The bigger reason to fix them is conversion. A site that feels slow loses people long before ranking becomes the issue.
Yes. If your site renders content client side, we test what Googlebot actually receives rather than what your browser shows, then close the gap. That usually means server side rendering, pre rendering, or changing what loads before the crawler gives up waiting.
